Here's how to delete Google Plus:
1. Download data first by visiting the https://takeout.google.com/settings/takeout?pli=1 page.
2. Please choose where your data will be stored, whether Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox.
3. Enter your Google account via the http://plus.google.com/downgrade page.
4. Follow instructions to delete Google Plus profiles.
5. Select the 'Delete Google + Profile' option from the settings menu.
6. Re-enter the account that you deleted.
7. If the Upgrade page appears after entering, then the account does not have a Google Plus profile.
